He can be vocal when he wants attention, prances on the end of a leash and is learning basic house training skills which is hard in a shelter environment. He is asking for a patient and loving forever home where he can grow and develop into a beloved family member.

They are named "springer" for a reason! Dion is full of electric energy which she has not yet learned how to contain. She needs an experienced home with folks who have the time and commitment to train her, teach her boundaries and optimize her exuberance. She seems to be a quick and eager learner, with a short attention span right now, but at her age that is to be expected. Dion needs a forever home as she has already bounced around enough (in more ways than one!!)

Griz is a very handsome young man with a medium length coat of black and tan. When he arrived at the shelter he was incredibly nervous and afraid so it has taken quite some time from staff and amazing volunteers to bring him out of his shell and help him be more confident in our world. He has come a looong way but still needs a patient and caring family to guide him on the next part of his journey. He will need a yard with a high fence while he learns to trust and burn off his exuberant energy, but the rewards will be wonderful!

But he for sure is mixed with cuteness and puppy-breath!! Jupiter was abandoned at only a few weeks old so needs to experience a loving, forever home.

Piper is so ready to find a patient forever home to continue her on her journey. She came to us very under weight. With lots of love, attention and good food, she is now a beautiful and healthy girl.  She plays well with many dogs, mostly males. At times Piper can be too excitable for small children and needs a dog-experienced home, she has come along way and matured but still needs some help in a couple of areas.

This little fireball of cuteness arrived at the shelter at only about 6 weeks of age and has been in foster care. He does not walk anywhere but runs full steam ahead and has boundless energy. He is very inquisitive and rambunctious but also appreciates a good cuddle and ear chewing/licking! He appears to be a mix of Chihuahua and Boxer but we will be interested to see what he grows into - for sure it will not be big in size but very big in heart!!
